This Privacy Policy describes how NorthStar Business Operations Services, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Estimate King website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Email address and login credentials
• Business profile information: your name, business name, contact email, phone number, address, and license number
• Business logo
• Estimates and documents you upload or create, including customer names, project addresses, scope of work, pricing, and notes

Information generated by the Service:

• Formatted estimates and documents produced by the Service
• A copy of your original uploaded text (stored so you can reference what you submitted)
• Usage activity, such as when you upload an estimate, download a PDF, or update your settings
• Technical data, such as device type, browser, and general location

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate the Service and generate formatted estimates for you
• Store your estimates and business profile so they are available when you log in
• Display your business information (name, contact details, logo) on your estimates
• Maintain security and prevent abuse
• Provide customer support
• Improve the Service (for example, by improving how we process and format estimates)

We do not use your estimates or business information to train or fine-tune AI models.

3. How Your Estimates Are Processed

To format your estimates, we send your uploaded content (text, PDF, or image) to third-party AI processing providers. These providers process your content solely to generate the formatted result for you. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We also use third-party providers for hosting, database storage, user authentication, and payment processing. These providers process information on our behalf to operate the Service.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your language preference. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.

5. Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may use anonymized or aggregated data — data that cannot be linked back to you — for analytics, security, and product improvement. For example, we may analyze how many estimates are processed per day to plan system capacity.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Your estimates, profile information, and uploaded logo are stored until you delete them or delete your account.

To request account deletion, contact us at support@estimateking.pro. When your account is deleted, your estimates, profile information, and stored files are permanently removed.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security that ensures only you can access your data.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you should avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers or financial account numbers) that is not needed for your estimates.

8. Your Rights

Access: You can view your estimates, business profile, and settings at any time through the Service.

Deletion: You can delete individual estimates within the Service. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at support@estimateking.pro.

Correction: You can update your business profile and edit your estimates at any time through the Service.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@estimateking.pro. We do not sell your personal information.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
